Politics is a game that breeds enitlement. Legislators with huge campaign war chests filled with special interest contributions believe they are bigtime players when really they are pawns, bought and paid for by special interests who then believe they are entitled to
taxpayer money and favorable legislation.
This is not district representation—it must stop.
I am taking the “abstinence from lobbyists and special interests pledge.” Refusing their gifts and money is a demonstration of the veracity in my intent to remain FREE from special interest influence and represent our distirct.
The people of District 31 are at the heart of my
policy issues—not mega corporations, not the six o’clock news, not the unelected “4th branch” state agencies, and certainly not the capitol club.
Each stance I take is aimed to return dignity by re-establishing the concentration of authority in Oklahoma from special interests to district residents.
